WHO – all players/grades welcome (2018 rego = insurance) and any blokes who are keen to join in)

WHEN -Tuesdays, 6pm, Starting Tuesday 16th October.

WHAT – 30 mins of interval fitness, strength and core followed by a social game of hockey until 7.30pm, either half or full field depending on the number of players that turn up.

HOW MUCH – a ‘gold coin’ donation towards the upkeep of the turf.

I will be running a session at the Shaw’s Bay stairs on these days at 6pm with an option for a swim for cool down (don’t be scared, there will be alternatives for all fitness levels).
